Abstract
We report an unusual case of a branched uric acid calculus in the pelvis of a crossed fused ectopic kidney successfully treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Preoperative CT enhanced the procedure by revealing the anatomic variations associated with these anomalous kidneys.
