Abstract
We report one case in which an obstructing peripelvic cyst was resected nephroscopically through the renal pelvis and two lower caliceal stones were removed by a single access. Extensive fulguration of the cyst was carried out, and a catheter was left in the cyst cavity for 7 days to promote fibrosis and shrinkage. A postoperative nephrostogram and CT follow-up at 21 months revealed unobstructed flow and no recurrence of the cyst.
