Abstract
Difficult ureteral stent manipulations often can be performed under fluoroscopic guidance, eliminating the need for cystoscopy. The three illustrative cases involved an inconveniently placed nephrostomy tract, an occluded stent in a patient with recurrent rectal carcinoma, and an obstructed stent in a patient with a urinary conduit.
