Abstract
The concept of a peel-away sheath is incorporated into endourologic procedures at the bladder and posterior urethral level. Percutaneous access to the bladder using this method allowed antegrade posterior urethral-valve ablation, antegrade catheterization of the urethra in cases of stricture disease, and easy bladder access for a variety of purposes.
