Abstract
As a follow-up to the Reciprocal Healing conference in Sedona, Arizona (November 2019), the goal of this submission is to offer suggested activities for practicing natural history and building toward a reciprocal relationship that heals both self and Earth. The list was compiled while simultaneously working with college students who were initially reluctant to spend time outdoors and highly motivated senior citizens who volunteered during restoration projects. The 25 ecological activities are to be completed over a calendar year. Activities include listening to ice, investigating a pasture like a cow, forming spirit animals, and practicing log crossings while carrying a heavy backpack.
