Their discussion focused on the intersection of identity, well-being, and sustainability, as explored in Tom and Tim's recent publication Meeting Environmental Challenges: The Role of Human Identity and Tim's research exploring how ecologically sustainable environments and behaviors can satisfy psychological needs crucial for well-being (see this issue).
