Abstract
A hepatitis B virus (HBV) integrant was cloned from the genomic DNA library of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, Hep3B. Sequence analysis of the restriction fragment bearing the virus-host junction revealed that its integration pattern was the common type, with the right junction located at the cohesive region.
