Abstract
Eight patients with different types of oral hemangiomas were treated by using neodymiun:YAG and CO2 lasers and other techniques. Some of them were coagulated; others were vaporized or removed. Good results were obtained. No hemorrhage was observed; no patient felt pain in the postoperative period. Edema was slight and a slight scarring fibrosis was seen in 100% of patients but without aesthetic or functional alterations.
