Abstract
Two cases of extensive bowenoid papulosis, a unique human papilloma virus infection of genitalia which initially were diagnosed as Bowen disease are reported. Both were treated with CO2 laser vaporization (15 W, continuous wave, power density 1909 watts/cm2) with 1 cm peripheral zone vaporization (15 W, continuous wave, power density 477 W/cm2). The laser wounds healed nicely with no visible scarring. There was no evidence of recurrence after 12 and 18 months follow up, respectively.
