Correction

In the February 2013 issue of BioResearch Open Access (2013; vol. 2, no. 1: 20–27), the article “A Method to Evaluate the Efficiency of Transfection Reagents in an Adherent Zebrafish Cell Line” by Sandbichler et al. ¹ requires correction.

In Table 1 and Figures 1, 3, and 4, and in one instance within the text, the reported values in the ratios of DNA (μg) to reagent (μL) for X-tremeGene HP were mistakenly reversed:

• In Table 1, the ratios listed in the Variation range column for X-tremeGene HP, Factor 2, should read “1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4”.

• In Figures 1, 3, and 4, the ratios listed at the bottom of the X-tremeGene HP column should read “1:1  1:2  1:3  1:4”.

• On page 24, the last line of text in the left column should read “was achieved with the 1 to 4 ratio of micrograms of DNA to”.

The online version of the article has been corrected to reflect these changes.
