Abstract
Bariatric surgery has become a popular and effective treatment for morbid obesity and its comorbid medical conditions. Multidisciplinary programs are recommended to manage the multiple issues that bariatric surgery patients may encounter. Presurgery education and preparation is a vital tool for bariatric surgery.
