Abstract
Pulmonary nocardiosis developed in a patient with AIDS during the course of treatment of Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia with adjunctive corticosteroids. The radiographic features are presented. The patient responded to treatment with imipenem. This case illustrates a potential infectious complication of adjunctive corticosteroid therapy.
