Abstract
Not many of us dreamt of becoming sustainability managers when we grew up, but for Princeton University's Shana Weber, the outdoors—from finding birds' nests to going on camping trips in her early years to, more recently, studying the effects of climate change on pikas—has long been on her mind. In this exclusive interview, Sustainability: The Journal of Record talks to Weber about her path to Princeton, the university's efforts to become more sustainable, and pursuing the same principles she follows at the office at home.
