Abstract
The superficial muscular aponeurotic system (SMAS) of the lower face can be tightened with a simple retrolobular incision that is hidden and is rapid to perform. Visible scars in the preauricular and retroauricular areas are avoided. This procedure can be combined with other facial beautifying methods
