Abstract
This report describes an 11-year-old girl who presented with skin lesions characterized by multiple streaks of hyperpigmentation following the lines of Baschko present since the age of 9 months. There was no history of trauma, inflammation, vesiculobullous, or verrucous stage. There were no dental, ocular, nail, or skeletal abnormalities. The clinical features were consistent with the diagnosis of linear and whorled nevoid hypermelanosis, a congenital disorder.
