Abstract
The author describes a technique of nostril narrowing by wide subperiosteal undermining of the tissues below the nostril and their re-approximation for narrowing. Although this technique is relatively satisfactory, it is often replaced by the Weir technique, which is more reliable in narrowing the base of the nose.
