Abstract
The goal of cosmetic surgery is to improve one's appearance. Scarring is a visible sign, implication, and association of an operation. To make a scar inconspicuous, which is a telltale sign of the surgical treatment, you have to implement a package of procedures. The final looks of a scar are influenced not only by how it was inflicted but also by how it was sutured. An invisible scar is the result of a program of actions starting before the operation and ending years after it.
