Abstract
The traditional, open approach to lower lid blepharoplasty is hazardous and by its very design is an aesthetic compromise. Newer techniques utilizing the transconjunctival approach with resurfacing have reduced the risk of lid retraction and can provide a more comprehensive periorbital rejuvenation. Our techniques of lower lid blepharoplasty utilizing a modulated laser system are presented.
