Abstract
The vertical tissue deficiency of the epicanthal fold in Asian subjects has been corrected in various ways. The author has utilized the VM-plasty for correction of the epicanthal fold and reports these results in 85 patients treated with the VM-plasty epicanthoplasty alone and in combination with other procedures.
