Abstract
Because of the controversy surrounding use of silicone gel, many patients are refusing to receive silicone implants. Previously used pedicle or free grafts for mammary augmentation are again being evaluated. We present a case report of a patient with mammary hypoplasia treated with a free dermis–fat graft.
