Abstract
With improvements in imaging techniques, in addition to the trend toward routine prenatal ultrasound scanning, the intrauterine diagnosis of fetal ovarian cysts is encountered more frequently. We describe the laparoscopic management of a cystic ovarian mass in a 2-month-old girl that was diagnosed prenatally. The histopathology of the cyst wall suggested gonadoblastoma.
