Abstract
Transverse testicular ectopia is a rare but well-documented abnormality in which both testes migrate toward the same hemiscrotum. We report a case of transverse testicular ectopia. Laparoscopy allowed confirmation of the diagnosis and obviated the need for unnecessary exploration of the ipsilateral groin.
