Abstract
The tension-free vaginal tape procedure is a simple, effective, and minimally invasive surgical procedure for female urinary stress incontinence compared with conventional anti-incontinence surgery. Pregnancy and vaginal delivery may jeopardize its success. A woman with genuine stress incontinence who was successfully treated by the tension-free vaginal procedure is discussed. She became pregnant after the surgery, and the infant was delivered vaginally owing to precipitate labor. Urinary continence and dynamic urethral mechanism were conserved 6 months after vaginal delivery.
