Abstract
We report a case of an unusual uroepithelial cyst arising from a renal calix in an African-American man with sickle cell trait. The lesion was incised and decompressed using a 7.5F flexible ureteroscope in conjunction with the holmium:YAG laser and a 200-μm quartz laser fiber. To our knowledge, endourologic management of this type of lesion has not been described in the literature.
