This paper is devoted to the investigation of the effect of structure and production method son the performance of luminescent polystyrene composites. It has been shown that the production conditions of luminescent polystyrene composites define the matrix molecular-mass distribution and their material structures. The selection of a technological regime of composite production allows one to increase the optical homogeneity of products and to provide high material strength.
