Abstract

In the article, “Melatonin Formation in Pineal Gland from Rats with Hexachlorobenzene Experimental Porphyria,” by E.B.C. Llambías et al. in International Journal of Toxicology
The word, melatonin, was ommited as the product obtained by the action of HIOMT from N-acetylserotonin (NAS). The arrow connecting 5-hydroxyindole acetaldehyde and 5-hydroxyindole acetic acid (5-HIAA) is missing. The word should be “acid” instead of “acis.”
