This article suggests that as faculty educate and train future public and nonprofit sector administrators student biases and prejudices be directly confronted through a curriculum in prejudice reduction. In addition to a discussion of the need for such a curriculum, the author outlines a potential strategy and suggests a number of instructional tools.
