Objective: The aim of this paper is to describe our experience of the first year of the Exemptions Candidates Examination.
Conclusions: The exam has run well over the first year. Candidates who have difficulty with the exam fail to prioritize in the observed clinical interview and do not pay attention to the instructions for the observed structured clinical examinations.
