Abstract
A new kind of Charge Coupled Device (CCD) detector, developed at FRM Garching, has been used for computer tomography with thermal neutrons. An object of about 9 cm3 volume was examined in a thermal neutron flux of 3*105 n s−1 cm−2 with in 12 hours with a spatial resolution of about (200 microns)3.
