Abstract
Paper Tiger Television (PITV) is a public access show that for the past 10 years has focused on the investigation, critique and analysis of the communications industry. The show is produced by a collective of the same name with about 25 members active at any one time. Of these, six to eight are involved in research, scene painting and production. Tapes of the shows are distributed to universities, museums, public access stations and art centres in the USA and abroad. The following are edited excerpts of a discussion among members of the collective recorded in July 1992.
