The aim of this article is to investigate the corrosion behaviours of arc-sprayed AlSiFeNiRE amorphous/nanocrystalline coating under different solution temperatures and different solution flow velocities. All tests were measured by CHI660E electrochemical workstation. The microstructure of the coating was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the phase structure of the coating was examined using an X-ray diffraction (XRD) appliance. The morphologies and compositions of the coatings after immersion were analysed by SEM equipped with energy-dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The results show that the corrosion resistance of the coating increases first and then decreases with the prolonging of immersion time in long-term immersion. When the immersion reaches 10 days, the coating displays the lowest corrosion rate. With increasing solution temperature, the corrosion resistance of the coating decreases at first and then increases. The corrosion resistance of the coating decreases gradually as a function of the flow velocity.
