Abstract
Part 1 of this government document reviews the background and important clinical aspects of occupational skin conditions in the United States. Part 1 was published in the April 1990 issue of this journal. Part 2, which discusses important aspects of plan- ning, implementation, and evaluation of a cohesive national strategy for prevention of these disorders and presents recommendations to the national public health community, is a continuation of this document.
