We report a rare case of ossified spinal meningioma. A 64-year-old lady presented with spontaneous onset of myelopathic symptoms for 1 year. Computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) preoperatively showed a crescentic calcification, which represents an ossified/calcified component of the intradural extramedullary meningioma. We were able to resect the meningioma successfully with T8–T10-level laminectomy. Postoperatively, there was a significant improvement on the myelopathic symptoms.
