In the article “Achieving succession planning and implementation: One healthcare network's story” by Terry Ann Capuano and Richard MacKenzie in the Fallissue of the Healthcare Management Forum (2013; 26: 137–144), author name “Richard MacKenzie” did not appear in the issue. This was later noticed and corrected in the on-line version. Theafore mentioned names are spelled correctly.
