THIS study measured the differences between Hong Kong Chinese and Australian managers in terms of perceptions of ethical problems within their organisation, industry and country. The study also tested the differences between the two cultures and the perceived importance of ethical problems. It was determined that the Hong Kong Chinese and Australian international managers differed significantly with respect to perceived ethical problems.
