Traumatic Palmar Dislocation of the Head of the Ulna with Associated Carpal Instability

Abstract

We report a case of a traumatic palmar dislocation of the ulna with an associated, but initially unappreciated, radiocarpal instability which led to ulnar translocation of the carpus and degeneration of the radiocarpal joints within 18 months of injury.
