Abstract
A man presented with a large tumour in the distal, ulnar part of the right forearm and intermittent dysfunction of the ulnar nerve. Further examination revealed a benign ganglion cyst communicating with the elbow joint. The cyst was removed together with affected periosteum and the joint capsule was repaired. No recurrence has been observed 30 months later.
