Palisaded encapsulated neuroma (PEN) is a benign, cutaneous, or juxtacutaneous nerve sheath tumor with characteristic clinical, pathologic, and immunohisto-chemical findings described by Reed et al.1 in 1972. The lesion appears as a slowly growing asymptomatic nodule, almost exclusively on the face.2 Rarely it is found in other locations, such as the neck, shoulder, upper arm, trunk, foot, oral cavity,2–6 and glans penis.7 To the best of our knowledge, no case of this lesion has been described in the nasal mucosa.
