Abstract

Educational objectives: To remove cholesteatoma and disease, preserve normal anatomy and reconstruct the ear to normal anatomy and function and to use the surgical approach to fit the disease, preserve and use the patient's tissue, and supplement with homografts or hydroxylapatite when necessary.
