Abstract

Educational objectives: To perform a standard upper-lid blepharoplasty by a conservative technique that minimizes the risks of complications and to perform a lower-lid blepharoplasty that addresses both the skin and muscle excess and the fat, while at the same time minimizing the risks for ectropion.
