Abstract
Angiolymphoid hyperplasia is an uncommon condition which may give rise to difficulty in diagnosis. The case described was originally regarded as Kaposi’s sarcoma, but H.I.V. testing was negative. Excision of a further lesion established the diagnosis as angiolymphoid hyperplasia.
