Abstract
The following case of solitary malignant Schwannoma arising from the ulnar nerve at the lower third of the forearm presents three main points:
(a) Difficulties in differential diagnosis at early stages.
(b) Unusual clinical findings of ulnar palsy.
(c) Clinical and pathological findings leading to an above elbow amputation.
